Refund Policy: Refunds will be granted upon written request via email by November 1, 2025. Refund request must be in writing via email to the Collaborations Conference at membership@vaaccses.org. A $50 admin fee will be deducted from any refund.
Photo/Video Release: By submitting your registration, you are providing permission for your images, captured during regular activities and meetings at the Collaborations Conference through video, photo and digital camera, to be used solely for Collaborations Conference purposes and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership. You hereby release the Collaborations Conference, its partners, directors, officers, agents, employees, and customers from all claims on account of such use.
If you do not wish to grant permission for the photo release above, you understand that it is your responsibility to provide notice of that fact at the conference registration desk.
If registering multiple attendees, you agree to inform all registrants of this photo release and the responsibility to provide notice to the Collaborations Conference staff if they do not wish to grant permission.
