Conference Registration

Refund Policy: Refunds will be granted upon written request via email by April 1, 2025. Refund request must be in writing via email to vaACCSES Headquarters at membership@vaaccses.org. A $50 admin fee will be deducted from any refund.

Special Accommodations: Please email membership@vaaccses.org for any special accommodation or accessibility requests that you require (i.e. interpreter, etc.). Note that requests must be in writing (email accepted) and received by April 1, 2025 to ensure reasonable availability of these services. After this date, special accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

Photo/Video Release: By submitting your registration, you are providing permission for your images, captured during regular activities and meetings of vaACCSES through video, photo and digital camera, to be used solely for vaACCSES purposes and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership. You hereby release vaACCSES, its directors, officers, agents, employees, and customers from all claims on account of such use.

If you do not wish to grant permission for the photo release above, you understand that it is your responsibility to provide notice of that fact to vaACCSES at the conference registration desk.

If registering multiple attendees, you agree to inform all registrants of this photo release and the responsibility to provide notice to vaACCSES staff if they do not wish to grant permission.
