What stood out on the visit
  • Rather than pushing clients toward whatever job is available, RSVP builds toward the role that actually fits, matching a person’s strengths and goals to the right employer and providing the coaching needed to make that placement last.
  • Employers describe their placements as reliable and hardworking, and clients and parents describe coaches who show up for them personally, evidence of a team that treats sustained, real-world success as the actual goal, not just the transaction of getting someone hired.
